The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8 of the Animal Health Act 1981(1) and now vested in them, make the following Order:

(1)

1981 c. 22. Functions conferred under the 1981 Act were transferred to the National Assembly of Wales by virtue of S.I. 1999/672 and S.I. 2004/3044 and are exercisable by the Welsh Ministers, by virtue of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006. Back [1]
