The National Assembly for Wales ("the National Assembly"), in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by sections 75 and 104(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991[1] and which are now exercisable by the National Assembly in relation to Wales[2], hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and application 1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004 and come into force on the 30 July 2004. (2) These Regulations apply to Wales. Increase in the inspection fee 2. In regulation 3(1) of the Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations 1992[3] there is to be substituted for the figure of "£20" there the figure of "£21".
