The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 275(2) of the Transport Act 2000 [1] hereby makes the following Order: Citation and application 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) (Wales) Order 2002. (2) This Order applies to Wales. Provisions coming into force on the 14 August 2002 2. The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 come into force on 14 August 2002 in relation to Wales, namely -
(b) section 274 insofar as it relates to the entries in Part II to Schedule 31 (Repeals and revocations).
(This note is not part of the Order) This Order brings into force on the 14th August 2002, in relation to Wales, certain provisions of Part II of the Transport Act 2000 ("the Act"), namely:

The provisions of parts II and III (and related Schedules) of the Act (in respect of which powers to bring them into force, in relation to Wales, are conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by section 275 of the Act) which are referred to in the table below have been brought into force in relation to Wales by Commencement Orders made before the date of this Order.
