Paratowyd testun y fersiwn hon o'r Offeryn Statutdol ar gyfer y Rhyngrwyd i adlewyrchu'r testun fel y'i Gwnaethpwyd. Mae'n ychwanegu rhestr newydd, yn Rhan III o'r Atodlen, o sefydliadau sy'n cynnig cyrsiau sy'n arwain at radd sylfaenol yn unig.
