The National Assembly for Wales, being designated [1] for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 [2] in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2), makes the following Regulations -
Title, application and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2002; they apply to Wales and come into force on 15th May 2002.
Revocation
2. The Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) Regulations 2002 [3] and the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2002 [4] are revoked.

These Regulations, which apply only to Wales, revoke the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/274 (W.30)) and the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/811 (W.91)).
A regulatory appraisal has not been prepared for these Regulations.
