The National Assembly for Wales, being designated[1] for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[2] in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by that section, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Regulations: Title, commencement, application and cessation 1. - (1) These Regulations are called the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Wales) (No. 10) (Fees) Regulations 2001; they apply to Wales and come into force on 30th October 2001. (2) These Regulations apply until midnight on 31st December 2001. Fees 2. The National Assembly for Wales, the Secretary of State, or the Food Standards Agency on behalf of the National Assembly or the Secretary of State, may charge the occupier of any premises (including a holding) at which supervision or inspection is carried out for the purposes of establishing the eligibility for dispatch of products under the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Wales) (No. 10) Regulations 2001[3] a reasonable fee in respect of costs reasonably incurred by it or her or on its or her behalf.
