1.  In the entry in Part 1 in respect of the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1838(16)–

(a) section 17

(b) section 22

for the purpose of diligence on the dependence

2.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Hypothec Amendment (Scotland) Act 1867(17).

3.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Hypothec Abolition (Scotland) Act 1880(18).

4.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Judicial Factors (Scotland) Act 1889(19).

5.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971(20).

6.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Sale of Goods Act 1979(21).

7.  The entry in Part 1 in respect of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985(22).
