The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 237 and 330 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations: Citation, commencement, interpretation and revocation 1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st October 2003. (2) In these Regulations-
(3) Forms 2 and 3 as set out in the list of forms in the Schedule to the Housing (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1980[2] are revoked. (This note is not part of the Regulations) These Regulations prescribe the application forms for improvement grant, improvement grant for works for disabled occupants, repairs grant and grant for a means of escape from fire for a house in multiple occupation. The Schedules to the Regulations set out the form of the applications. The Regulations revoke the existing application forms for improvement grant and repairs grant set out as Forms 2 and 3 in the list of forms in the Schedule to the Housing (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1980.
