The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(2) of the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001 (Prescribed Notice) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 3rd December 2001. Prescribed notice 2.
