EU Directive on Public Sector Information
The Directive
The European Directive on the re-use of public sector information was approved by the Council of Ministers on 27 October 2003.
The Directive was published in the European Journal on 31 December 2003 and is available in pdf format on the European Commission website.
The Directive must be implemented in the UK and all other member states by 1 July 2005.
