Disputes Resolution Protocols
OPSI co-operates with the Office of Fair Trading, the Information Commissioner's Office and the Scottish Information Commissioner in the provision of guidance and the handling of complaints relating to public sector information. We have agreed a memorandum of understanding and protocols with these organisations that explain how these arrangements operate.
