The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 76(3), 88(1), 98(3) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974[1] hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on the 31st December 2004.
