An Act to amend Part VII of the Licensing Act 1964 in regard to the provision of off-licences in licensing planning areas.

Part VII of the M1Licensing Act 1964 shall not apply to justices’ off-licences or to licensed premises for which a justices’ off-licence only is in force.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Licensing (Amendment) Act 1967, and the Licensing Act 1964 and this Act may be cited together as the Licensing Acts 1964 and 1967.
(2)This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the day on which it is passed.
