C1Certain functions of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food were transferred by S.I. 1978/272, art. 2, Sch. 1, and by S.I. 1985/442, art. 2 it is provided that the functions of the Secretary of State under this Act, so far as, immediately before the coming into operation of that 1985 S.I. (1.4.1985), entrusted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, are transferred to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food
